We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adherence to licensing laws
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
Keep track of stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs promptly
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a focus on serving or bartending roles
Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy hours
Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation is essential
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
