We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, basic maths skills for handling transactions, and an understanding of food safety practices are essential. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with outstanding communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service is highly valued.
