Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving a variety of beverages and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while delivering high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organised and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

Previous 2 years experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Experience making cocktails within fast paced environments Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to the preparation and serving of beverages. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
