Location: NW10 7NZ.
Pay: \xc2\xa325,500 - \xc2\xa328,000 DOE and skills. Working hours: 40 hours a week (excluding break). Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am- 6pm (Subject to changes).
Job purpose:
As Cocktail Production Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our restaurant sites are able to order sufficient drink ingredients and cocktail pouches as required. You will be involved in the production of pre-mixed cocktails for both DIY Kits and Restaurant sites. You will also get the opportunity to work in our restaurant sites across London.

• Manufacture premium Japanese inspired batched cocktails and help to streamline the production process.
• Stock management capabilities and an understanding and good practice of hygiene and health & safety.
• Assisting with daily production of all of the cocktails / drinks within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio.
• Bottling into various pack sizes and labelling.
• Being involved with new product development.
• Recording and managing samples for microbiological testing.
• Maintaining daily/monthly records for HACCP.
• Stock management including ordering and monthly stock take.
• Maintaining a good level of communication within the Business

• Prior experience of working as a bartender/ mixologist/ in a brewery or other production facility would be a bonus but is not a requirement for the role.
• In Depth knowledge of cocktails & cocktail preparation.
• Great organisational skills
• Able to commit to work and show up with can-do attitude
• Able to read and follow directions
• Understand and calculate measurements of volumes (cup, gallon, ounce, etc.)
• Stand for entirety of work time, lift 5-10lbs regularly

• Knowledge of Japanese alcohol/ spirits would be a bonus but is not a requirement
• Cocktail sommelier qualifications (desirable)

• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety For Manufacturing (desirable)
  
• Level 2 HACCP (desirable)
