Over the last 7 years, we have established ourselves as a fast growing, disruptive business in the drinks industry with a strong, dedicated team of 20 that spans Production, Operations, Finance, Marketing & Sales.

We manufacture everything in house in our factory in Tottenham, London and focus heavily on quality and innovation. As a result, we have partnered with a number of top venues and retailers across the UK, including Wembley, Selfridges, Whole Foods Market, The Standard Hotel, Nobu, Megan's Restaurants and more.

The Role:



The role we are looking to fill is Cocktail Production Assistant, who will join the production team to manufacture premium batched cocktails and help to streamline the production process.

Key requirements for the role are an interest in cocktails and drink production processes, stock management capabilities and an understanding and good practice of hygiene and health & safety.

Role Responsibilities:



Assisting with daily production of all of the cocktails within the brand's portfolio. Mixing products to recipe and meeting expected testing levels (pH, brix and carbonation levels). Bottling/kegging into various pack sizes, pasteurising and labelling. Stock movement, including regular heavy lifting and movement of multiple 20kg kegs. Stock control and counting of products, ingredients and packaging. Equipment Maintenance - cleaning and regular checks. Working efficiently to meet production schedule deadlines. Safety & compliance - adhering to health & safety and food safety regulations. Product quality responsibility - following checklists and procedures. Continual learning and collaboration. Being involved with new product development.

Salary Package:



28.8K-33K Base Salary Annual Company performance based bonus. 33 days holiday annually (inclusive of bank holidays)

Training provided:



Introductory training on HACCP L2 and Food Hygiene & Safety Level 2. Commitment to continual training and development in all areas

Prior experience of working in a brewery or other production facility is a requirement for the role.
