Assistant and Lead Code Coaches
to join our team and help bring the world of coding and programming to life for primary school children.
The Role:
We are looking for passionate individuals who are excited about teaching and inspiring young children in the field of digital skills. You'll be leading after-school coding clubs and workshops, using fun games and interactive lessons to introduce children to programming concepts. This is a
part-time role
, offering flexible hours, and can be a perfect fit for students, graduates, or anyone with a passion for teaching children.
You will have the opportunity to also join
holiday camps
during the
Easter, Summer, and Christmas breaks
, with 4 or more hours of work available each day, in addition to the regular term-time workshops. You'll be supporting children aged 5-11, guiding them through various coding activities, and helping them develop skills that can set them on the path to becoming the tech leaders of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist with fun, interactive coding workshops for primary school children
Introduce programming concepts through games and creative activities
Set up and manage equipment such as laptops and robotics kits
Encourage teamwork and creativity in the classroom
Support children's learning and development in a positive, motivating way
Potential to join holiday camps for extra hours during Easter, Summer, and Christmas breaks, as well as half-term sessions

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and making a real impact in children's lives through coding. This role is perfect for students, those returning to work, or anyone looking for flexible and rewarding part-time work.
No previous coding experience required
- just a passion for teaching and learning
Must be enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to inspire young children
Must have experience working with children (teaching experience is a plus)
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Physically fit to carry equipment (laptops, robotics kits, etc.)
Must be based in
SW London
and available for term-time work
Enhanced DBS check
required (only applicants with valid DBS certificates will be considered)
Start Date:
1 December 2025, after training and DBS clearance.
