About the role:




Co-design Lab is a Consulting team at PwC that takes a collaborative and innovative approach to navigating complex challenges, accelerating decision making and co-creating solutions that stick. Our engagements range from strategic 1-3 day sessions (Design Forums) to work that is integrated along the length of complex transformation programmes.

What your days will look like:




As a Facilitator in Co-design Lab you will join a diverse, high-performing team, who work together to:

Tackle our clients' most complex, strategic challenges through collaborative, accelerating events Lead clients through a structured co-design process to create workflows and experiences that support individual insight and group alignment and meaningful outcomes Create the conditions for participation, creativity and emergence throughout the co-design process and in the events themselves Facilitate the inclusion, energy and logistics in the room so our client participants can focus on the work that matters most Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, internal teams and alliance partners Contribute to a thriving culture and the success of the Co-design Lab venture.

Equally as comfortable at the front of the room as you are working hands on with a delivery team. You are open to constructive challenge and feedback, and enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues of all grades and backgrounds to deliver great work. You embrace new challenges and have a growth mindset You are able to remain calm, flexible and focused when leading people through complexity and emotional/political stakes

Our team brings a mix of skills to every engagement. You will bring mastery in a number of these skills and expect to grow and develop in others.

Experience in designing and facilitating workshops with varying levels of complexity Consulting and/or project management background with knowledge of common organisational challenges An understanding of collaborative frameworks and methodologies Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder groups with diverse and conflicting views Ability to work independently, take initiative and direct others An adaptable/flexible service orientated approach with the ability to rapidly grasp diverse and complex challenges across a range of sectors and industries. Commercial acumen, ability to manage risk and compliance. Desirable to have an understanding of the MGTaylor process or Design Thinking approach and an appreciation of Agile ways of working, Systems Thinking, Complexity theory, Behavioural Economics, Coaching or Psychology.

Computer Skills required/desirable

M365 to include Teams, Outlook, MS Office Familiarity and growing fluency in use of AI (ChatGPT / Copilot) Mural/Miro or other collaborative platforms Surface Hubs
