Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage-related equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines is desirable
