Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service and experience in hospitality .
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas . Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, and answering queries. As part of a team maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including the kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Use a computerised till to process orders.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred Barista experience is highly desirable, but training will be given to suitable candidates. Confident and friendly person with good customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fixed hours Monday to Friday 31 hours total.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 8.00-12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 31 per week
Work Location: In person
