Overview

The award winning M&C Garden Centre is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our vibrant team to help us through the festive months. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operations of our coffee shop. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they enjoy their experience from the moment they enter until they leave.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Provide assistance to customers with any queries or requests they may have. Assist in food preparation within a busy kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and equipment. Adhere to food safety standards and practices at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given. A willingness to learn and help others is crucial for success in this position. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous but not essential
