Coffee Shop Assistant


Location: HawickHours: Temporary. Weekend work and holiday cover. 5 hours per week.


Salary: Starting from 12.60 per hour.


Who We're Looking For


The Coffee Shop Assistant works at the 'front of house' of our coffee shop to support the kitchen service; ensuring that the highest standard of service is maintained, and exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. Key qualities we're looking for:


preferably have previous experience within a fast paced, customer facing environment be a team player have a pro-active approach and can-do attitude have excellent communication skills be able to stay calm under pressure be committed to exceeding customer expectations every time
About the Role


You will be


welcoming customers making and serving drinks operating the till serving food demonstrating your product knowledge to customers by advising and assisting with food orders
Experience is preferred.
