Duties

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any queries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales as required. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is beneficial. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with customers and colleagues alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
