Job Description
Responsibilities:
Front of house coffee shop assistant to ensure excellent customer service.
Must be of smart appearance and previous experience is necessary
Must be able to make paninis, sandwiches, and Breakfasts and barista trained.
Required to do table service, clearing and cleaning tables.
Must have high hygiene skills and proof of health and safety training.
Must be experienced in making paninis, sandwiches, serving and prepping breakfasts.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a coffee shop assistant (a must)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Sandwich and panini making and Barista (a must)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in person and work along side your work colleagues
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service to work in a fast-paced environment
