We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team temporarily . The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to start training week commencing 22nd September.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive and helpful attitude Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently Handle customer payments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area, including counters, tables, and equipment Restock shelves, fridges, and display cases with food and beverage items Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries Follow all health and safety guidelines and store policies Support other team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Flexibility to work varying shifts Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable attitude

Desirable:

Barista training or knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Food hygiene certification

Pay: 12.25 per hour
