Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our busy coffee shop. We are particularly looking for kitchen staff who will be involved in all food and meal preparations, cooking, baking and serving food. Experience is required. We are also looking for Barista and front of house team. We are looking for keen , reliable, punctual people who love customer service and have a passion for providing customers with great coffee and food. The roles involve working days in the week and alternate weekends. For full time roles you work 4 days in the week and alternative full weekends. The day off in the week is fixed. For part time roles you have two fixed days off in the week and work an alternate full weekend. The team are trained in all areas and members are moved around all areas including front of house service, kitchen preparation, clearing tables, cleaning dishes, delivering food to tables and cleaning down the coffee shop at the end of day including hoovering, mopping etc. Candidates need to be up to date on food hygiene and allergen regulations and have high standards regarding food safety. The coffee shop gets very busy at peak times and therefore we are looking for people with experience who know what to expect from busy catering environments and enjoy the pace of the job. It's hard work and you are always on the go! You must be able to work quickly and accurately particularly on the front of house and in the kitchen so customers are served promptly.
