We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop . The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee and hospitality, along with strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, food safety knowledge, and exceptional customer service abilities to ensure a welcoming environment for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and standards. Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality offerings. Oversee team management, providing guidance and support to staff members while fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Train new employees in hospitality practices, food production techniques, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or coffee shop industry. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Previous barista experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with both staff and customers. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not essential.
