Coffee Shop Shift Lead

, you'll be the heart of Up!, our on-site Coffee Shop; serving customers, managing stock, and leading a team of student staff to deliver outstanding service and maintaining high standards.

When are we open?

Our coffee shop runs

Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings for special events, perfect for those who love some flexibility!

Your role:

Lead and motivate a small team of student staff Keep the coffee shop sparkling clean and running smoothly Manage stock and food safety like a pro Deliver exceptional customer experiences every single time

Experience in hospitality or coffee shop environments A people person with great customer service and communication skills Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves High standards

(Barista skills are a bonus, but we'll train you if not!)
