We are a doctor run firm that employs psychiatric expert witnesses to assess individuals (who have been psychologically impacted after an accident) to produce medical reports. This is usually after low level accidents at the workplace or road traffic collisions. If the medical expert deems a course of CBT therapy to be appropriate for the recovery of the individual, we are tasked with providing this. Salary will be on a pro-rata basis.

Role Overview:
This unique lucrative role is for an experienced CBT Therapist to work with our company on an employed or self-employed basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapy for psychiatric complications as a result of low level accidents and, producing the relevant expert medical reports.
Responsibilities:
Ability to assess, provide diagnostic clarity, and create an appropriate therapy treatment plan.
Execute this treatment plan.
Assess and produce reports for initial assessments and discharge reports.
Ensure that all reports are objective, accurate, timely and in compliance with the relevant regulations and guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
Accredited CBT therapist registered with the BABCP.
A diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously.
No previous medical report writing experience necessary as training will be provided.
