is a specialist manufacturer of high-performance valves and solenoid products. We are looking for a

Solenoid Coil Winder / Assembler

to join our production team in a hands-on manufacturing role. Full training will be provided.

The Role

You will be involved in the manufacture and testing of solenoid coils, working to engineering drawings and quality procedures in a clean, controlled workshop environment.

Key Duties

Kitting components to bills of materials Winding solenoid coils to specification Mechanical assembly of coil components Soldering electrical connections and electrical tests Potting and encapsulating coils with resin Setting & Running Hyperbaric pressure tests Inspecting finished coils for quality and defects Recording production and test data
What We're Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Mechanical or electrical assembly experience Ability to follow drawings and work instructions Good attention to detail and quality focus Basic Maths and English Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Desirable (Not Essential)

Solenoid, electrical, or coil winding experience Resin or potting experience Use of measuring or test equipment Mechanical or electrical qualifications
