We are seeking a

Coldroom Fabric Engineer

to join our expert team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the construction, installation and ongoing maintenance of coldroom structures, ensuring all work meets exacting industry standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, refrigeration engineers and quality teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain coldroom panels, doors and associated fabric components. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to deliver precise, high-quality work. Identify and resolve structural or insulation issues proactively. Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs and safety documentation. Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and quality standards.

Experience & Skills

Demonstrated experience in coldroom fabrication, panel installation, or a related engineering field. Strong technical knowledge of insulated panel systems and coldroom construction techniques. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Full UK driving licence; CSCS card or equivalent preferred.
