Job Description
We're offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in the coldroom installation industry.
As a Coldroom Trainee Installer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to build, install and maintain high-quality coldroom systems across a range of commercial and industrial projects. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a practical mindset, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Assist in the installation and maintenance of coldroom panels, doors and structural components Support experienced engineers on site and learn all aspects of coldroom construction Help identify and report issues such as panel damage or air leaks Follow health, safety and quality procedures at all times Gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
What You'll Bring
A positive, proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade Good practical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving abilities Punctual, reliable and willing to work on various sites across the region Full UK driving licence (or working towards one) preferred CSCS card advantageous but not essential - full training provided.
