Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong focus on administrative tasks.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Previous clerical experience is preferred. Those with administration duties in manufacturing or coldstore will have an advantage.
