As a Colleague Experience Business Partner at Nest you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of a truly purpose-driven organisation by listening, engaging and communicating with our people.

What you'll get involved in:



1) You'll be a key member of high-profile projects. You'll lead the end-to-end management of our winter all-colleague event and support the embedding of our refreshed company values. This is a core part of the job, so it's vital you've had experience of organising large scale corporate events before.
2) You'll manage and create campaigns, content and creative assets for our centralised comms channels, along with the rest of the team

3) You'll partner up with different business functions to support them with their specific communications and engagement needs
4) You'll help us ensure key messages flow through the organisation and there is a constant dialogue across departments and levels of the organisation

5) You'll work closely with leaders to advise and coach them on all things colleague experience

The Colleague Experience team plays the crucial role of connecting, engaging and inspiring everyone across the organisation. We manage internal communications, company events and culture change projects.


The team forms part of the People & Culture Directorate and is led by the Head of Colleague Experience who reports into the Chief People Officer (ExCo).
