We are looking for an experienced driver to support our team.



Purpose of the role



To ensure the movement or delivery of vehicles on or off site is carried out in a safe and responsible manner. You will be responsible for the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from our customers, so you must be an experienced Driver and have had some Customer Service experience.

Key Tasks



To collect and deliver vehicles to and from customers ensuring accuracy and efficiency and select quickest and most suitable routes.

To collect cars from the Company compound and deliver to other dealerships.

Ensure that all vehicles delivered arrive in perfect condition and that the Vehicle Handover is handled in the correct manner by explaining any controls and operation of vehicle to the customer / recipient.

Ensure that the parking area is kept clean and tidy and free from refuse and arrange the vehicles that are parked in the allocated areas in a neat and tidy manner

Promote satisfactory customer relations through expeditious and courteous handling of public.

To establish and maintain successful customer relationships by personal appeal, manner, integrity and loyalty.

Maintain a professional, clean and tidy image within customer facing areas at all times.

To keep the vehicle parking entrances, clear at all times allowing enough room to remove a particular vehicle where possible.

Ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are adhered to and that Dealership Operating Standards are maintained in order to meet objectives and achieve LRS targets.

To ensure that all customer and / or company vehicles on or off site are kept locked and the keys safely kept.

To ensure that all site and customers' vehicles are treated with care and attention at all times especially when parking and / or driving on / off site.

Ensure adequate safety and security procedures to protect the vehicle.

To comply with current regulations when using Trade Plates.

To hold a valid and current driving licence at all times and notify your manager immediately of any traffic offence committed which may lead to your licence being endorsed or revoked.

To be aware and have an understanding of the compliance with regulations and laws relevant to the Sales of Goods act, Laws of Contract, Trades Descriptions and Misrepresentation Act.

Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to in the event of accidents or breakdowns.

To keep abreast of all Company Policy instructions relating to the Sales Department. To have full understanding and ensure compliance with the Company's Health and Safety procedures at all times.

Any other ad hoc duties / projects as required by the Centre Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Work Location: In person
