We are hiring reliable drivers to execute collections from our customers and transport goods back to our Silvertown hub.The Role & Responsibilities
You will be driving our modern, large electric vans (Luton/Box) and are responsible for the safe and timely collection of goods.
Execute scheduled routes, ensuring goods arrive at the hub on time.
Loading & Unloading
various items, including parcels, cages, and occasionallyheavy items/furniture
. Safely operate company vehicles and equipment likepallet trucks
. Accurately scan consignments and complete digital records. Provide professional and courteous service to our customers.Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate:
14.50 - 15.00 per hour
(or Block Pay depending on the shift).Contract:
0-Hour Worker Contract (Flexible shifts, paid bi-weekly).Shifts:
9-11 hours in length, available7 days a week
.Start Times:
Various starts between7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
.Location:
All shifts start and end at ourSilvertown, London
depot.We provide the vehicle, insurance, and cover all charging costs.
Requirements
Must be
21 years or older
. Valid UK Driving Licence held for1+ year
. Comfortable drivinglarge vans (Luton/Box style)
and operatingelectric vehicles
. Ability tolift and handle heavy items
during loading/unloading. Proven reliability and ability to problem-solve independently on the road. Previous professional driving experience is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
