Job Introduction

The role of the

Combi FLT Driver is responsible for operating the Combi truck in line with Health & safety regulations and to ensure when manoeuvring Combi trucks in a busy warehouse do not cause any damage. You will be moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport. It will involve unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas. Ensure forklift areas are free from obstructions and regularly checking the Combi truck for faults or damages and escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor.

The successful candidate will: -

Have good communication skills to interact with fellow team members and be able to work as part of a team.

Have accredited Counterbalance forklift licence from a recognised body such as (RTITB) and 6 months experience of working in a busy warehouse and operating a Counterbalance forklift or Combi truck. A reach license is not required but is desirable

Reliability is key to this role, excellent attendance and punctuality is a necessity.

Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and company regulations is maintained. Wear company uniform as specified and correct PPE as appropriate to task and training.

Ensure all Health & Safety Procedures are adhered to by keeping work areas and Warehouse clean and free from hazardous as well as other reasonable tasks as requested by your Team Leader/Supervisor.

The Ideal Candidate:

Have knowledge of the relevant safety, quality standards and procedures.

Someone who can Self motivate and can work with minimal supervision.

Rights to work in the UK, without any restrictions.

What's on offer:

Magna is a 24hr, 7 days a week operation, so work is 12hr days a set 3 days or 3 nights per week, however you will have to be flexible to work every second Sunday for Days and every 2nd Saturday for nights.

You can choose the shift pattern that suits you from Days & Nights set out by Magna.

- Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Sunday DAYSHIFT

- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every other Saturday NIGHTSHIFT

Shifts start 7.30 to 7.30.

12.81 per hour day shift, and 12.81 + 13.64% for night workers.

You will have 3 x 25 min breaks throughout your shift.

Temporary contract to March 2026.

Average holiday pay.
