We're looking for a confident and proactive Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Bristol, inheriting a warm, loyal portfolio of general commercial clients. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key role with immediate client engagement, backed by the support of a reputable brokerage with strong regional presence and national reach.
What you'll be doing:

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of general commercial clients across a variety of sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring outstanding client service and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Work closely with account handlers, insurers, and the wider team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Drive retention and growth through relationship management, cross-selling, and referral development.
• Attend client meetings, renewals, and reviews-either face-to-face or virtually.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar client-facing insurance role.
• Strong technical knowledge of general commercial insurance products.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Cert CII qualified (or working towards) is desirable.
• Based in or around the Bristol area, with a willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
