Who We Are:



Eequ is a high-growth booking platform based in Brighton. We are the trusted partner for major Councils across the UK, processing millions in funded bookings for holiday camps and educational programs. Now, we are expanding our Commercial Marketplace. We want to help the thousands of organisations on our platform; football clubs, tuition centres, and holiday camps scale their private revenue alongside their funded work.

The Opportunity:



We have over 1,200 active organisations who use our platform daily for Council programs. They know us, trust us, and use our software. But many still use older, expensive systems (or spreadsheets!) for their private commercial bookings. Your job is simple: Call them. Show them how consolidating their business on Eequ saves them admin time and money. Help them "graduate" from grant-dependence to running a thriving and efficient commercial business.

Who You Will Be Talking To:



You will be talking to Small Business Owners:

The Head Coach running a Football Academy. The Founder of a Multi-site Holiday Camp. The Owner of a local Dance School. The Leader of a Forest School. The School Wraparound Care Administrator.
These are busy, practical people. They don't want jargon. They want to know how you can save them 5 hours of admin a week and set them up with a beautiful and intuitive booking system.

The Role:



Warm Lead Conversion: You start Day 1 with a database of active users.

High Velocity: You will be on the phone every day. You aren't afraid of high volume (30-50 calls/day) because you know the value we bring is real.

Full Cycle: You own it all, from the first call, to the demo, to the close.

Earn Serious Money: We believe in sharing the value you create. We pay 20% to 40% commission on Net Revenue.

We Are Looking For: You don't need a degree in Computer Science. You need Grit and Commercial Instinct. We specifically love candidates from these backgrounds:

? Recruitment Consultants: You are used to handling high call numbers.

? Gym / Membership Sales: You are used to selling to consumers and hitting monthly targets.

? SMB Tech Sales: You have sold software to restaurants, salons, or local businesses (e.g., Treatwell, JustEat, Gymshark).

Who You Are:



Fearless: You are comfortable calling a busy business owner and making friends. Local: You live in/near Brighton and want to learn fast in an office. Money Motivated: You want the security of a base salary, but you are really here for the uncapped commission.
