Duties
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in sales administration tasks, including data entry and tracking sales metrics.
Negotiate terms with clients to secure favourable agreements.
Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Conduct telemarketing activities to promote services and engage potential customers.
Provide support in insurance sales processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong background in sales administration or related fields is advantageous.
Proficiency in communicating in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish.
Familiarity with telemarketing practices and insurance sales will be beneficial.
A keen ability to analyse data and market conditions is essential for success in this role.
