Job Description

We're looking for a Commercial Administration Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations within our busy Commercial Department. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and driving smooth processes from quote to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Commercial Department activities within Sage 200, including raising and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. Ensure all orders are processed, dispatched, and receipted in a timely and accurate manner. Create, issue, and follow up on customer quotations, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining strong customer relationships. Coordinate installations and deliveries with customers, ensuring clear communication and scheduling. Work closely with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to support commercial activity and resolve any order or invoicing discrepancies. Monitor commercial administration KPIs and identify process improvements across the department. Support the wider team with reporting, documentation, and data integrity within Sage 200.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator who can liaise professionally with both customers and suppliers. Experience in a commercial, administrative, or operations environment. Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
