Centric works provide construction services for a wide variety of clients both regionally and nationally, delivering trade and contractual services across all sectors. Delivering public, private and third-party sector projects through both contracted and partnership arrangements.

We currently have an excellent new opportunity for an enthusiastic Commercial Administrator to join our expanding team with growing opportunities.

You will be required to manage the daily work orders received from Centric clients and liaise with them on a daily basis. Whilst providing effective business support to the Head of Service and Contracts Manager, you will establish and maintain effective, timely and on-going communications with operatives to monitor the progress of work, and take appropriate action regarding appointment schedules to satisfy customer requirements. Other duties will include:

  • Assisting with workload planning, supplier and sub-contractor relationships and the managing of all enquiries and requests for our customer service provision
  • Assisting with all invoice/PO queries
  • Raising Sub-contract/Supplier purchase orders as and when required.
  • Resolving where possible all contact enquiries whether originating internally or externally, at the first point of contact through appropriate use of available information
Our Successful Candidate:
  • GCSE\xe2\x80\x99S Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Experience within and admin or customer service position
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Experience in working to agreed targets within a commercial environment.
  • The ability to produce and communicate technical information verbally and in writing
  • Experience working in Building Maintenance or similar environment, workload planning and dealing with sub-contractors
  • Prepared to undertake additional training
