We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our team based in Sheffield.
In this role you will support the commercial team with general administration tasks ensuring they are completed promptly and accurately. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
This is a permanent role and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.
The Customer
We are working in partnership with Sheffield City Council on internal improvements to 2,500 resident properties. The work includes a blend of new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and energy efficient boilers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Administrator responsibilities will include:
Input accurate and timely information, including supplier and subcontractor details
Allocate costs for purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy
Assist with sending out inquiries and raising purchase or subcontractor orders
Maintain accurate financial records and manage invoice schedules
Produce clear and accurate documents and correspondence
Support the team to meet deadlines and achieve business targets
What You Will Need
Commercial Administrator criteria:
Prior experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
