What you'll be doing
Learning about managing agents and how they maintain communal areas like cleaning, car parks and landscaping for our customers
Checking service charge invoices to ensure our customers get accurate billing and value for money
Ensuring agent invoices are paid on time to maintain strong relationships and avoid late payment charges
Building positive relationships with agents through regular phone calls and meetings to ensure excellent service delivery
Being the helpful voice our customers can call when they have questions or concerns about their service charges
Using Excel to review payment data and spot any errors that could affect our customers
Supporting our shop portfolio by conducting property inspections, checking lease and rent renewals, and preparing lease documents
Developing expertise in property management while ensuring our customers get excellent value for every pound they spend

More about you
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and building positive relationships. You'll balance excellent customer communication with strong managing agent partnerships to ensure our customers receive the services they pay for.
Essential:
Experience in administrative work involving record keeping and following processes
Excellent attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in financial information
Good Excel skills including basic formulas, formatting, filtering and sorting data
Comfortable using the phone regularly to contact managing agents, customers and colleagues
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships with different people
Valid driving licence for property inspections and site visits
Willingness to learn about property management and leasehold services
This role offers genuine development opportunities in the growing property management sector. You'll gain experience across leasehold services while knowing your work ensures thousands of customers get excellent value for the services they pay for.
