Oliver Fisher is seeking a Commercial / Residential Property Solicitor.
Leasehold Enfranchisement experience, Collective & Transactional Enfranchisement, Lease Extensions and Variations.
Commercial leases and lease renewals
Acquisition and sale of commercial premises
Rent reviews
Dilapidation issues
Planning Issues
Conditional Contracts
Property related Joint Venture Agreements
Licenses
Site Acquisitions
Auction Acquisitions/Disposals
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial matters (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
The ability to confidently manage a varied Commercial caseload
Strong communication skills
Experience of managing or supervising a team of junior fee earners is desired, but not essential
Business development and networking skills
