This role involves various administrative tasks, supporting our commercial team through various forms of communication as well as liaising with external third parties on a regular basis depending on the needs of the business. You will also support the Export function within the commercial team and be responsible for completing all necessary documentation to accompany export orders.
You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities: -
Communicate effectively (both written and verbal).
Be proactive and a good team player.
Strong attention to detail.
Have excellent time management skills.
Have the ability to work flexible hours if required.
Have a positive, can-do attitude.
