Your responsibilities:
Reconciling engineer credit card payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
Support engineers taking payments where necessary
Approval of Credit/Debits within Customer Service
Maintain error pools for both Workshop and Field Service
Raising of purchase orders for Customer Service.
Your profile:
Good knowledge of excel - able to use formula's within daily tasks to manipulate data
Basic SAP knowledge
Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player
Proactive approach with precise attention to detail
Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
