We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Commercial Assistant to join our Business Development & Commercial team and help us deliver excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain accurate commercial and project documentation. Liaise with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to support efficient project delivery. Assist with cost tracking, budget monitoring, and commercial reporting. Support the preparation, review, and management of contracts, quotations, and tenders. Assist with document transmittals and ensure project deliverables are submitted in-line with the project schedule Review completed and ongoing job costings against budgeted costs and analyse/report results Manage and monitor all aspects of projects and tenders, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Generate and issue timesheets for internal and external approval for all ongoing reimbursable projects. Ensure projects are profitable and aligned with the company's financial targets. Provide support for project logistics, including personnel travel, accommodation, visa, immunisations, medicals and training certifications Assist with the development of new, or improvement of existing, sales and marketing material, in-line with the Cyan Renewables branding guidelines Assist various parts of the business by producing high-quality, accurate, and effective business administration.

About you:



Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a commercial, administrative, or project support role -- ideally within the energy, marine, or engineering sectors.
