We have an several exciting casual opportunities to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures as a Food & Beverage Attendant



Nestled amongst the serenely beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands and South Coast of New South Wales, our Treetop Walk and Zipline Tours are stunning experiences for all our visitors. Our small and friendly team are what make this experience an award winning one.

About the Role

All our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN!!! Our team members are the friendly welcoming faces of Illawarra Fly, ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service from start to finish. Within our fantastic food and beverage team you will be the person welcoming our guests before or after a thrilling zip line or exciting walk over the canopy of the rainforest.



Through a memorable customer service experience, excellent time management skills and a strong mind for health and safety you will be a key player in the success within the food and beverage team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures. Our F&B staff are responsible for the preparation and cooking of all food within the kitchen, the making of all hot/cold beverages and the cleanliness of the department.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will want our guests to leave with lasting memories. You will be committed to contributing to a positive work environment through being able to work cohesively with others as well as independently when needed. You will be a great people person and be able to interact positively with all our visitors. Experience within a customer service or hospitality role is preferred however not essential. Please note that this role requires weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability.
