Commercial / Civil Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
We are looking for a commercial/civil litigation paralegal to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced partner. Candidates will deal with a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters across a full range of commercial and civil litigation matters acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Assist the partner with a caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters;
Draft and prepare letters, e-mails, documents, bundles, and witness statements and instructions to counsel;
Carry out legal research;
Draft articles and legal update.
