Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas in accordance with health and safety standards Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly Follow designated cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and presentable at all times Adhere to health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role
