Seabird Cleaning Solutions is a growing professional cleaning company working across North Devon. We are currently looking for
reliable, self-employed cleaners
to support ourdomestic and commercial end-of-build / post-construction cleaning projects
.This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who take pride in high-standard work and are confident working on newly built or refurbished properties to a professional finish.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out end-of-build and post-construction cleans Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows (internal), and fixtures Removal of builders' dust, paint splashes, adhesives, and debris Working in both domestic homes and commercial properties Following health & safety procedures on site Completing cleans to a high standard within agreed timeframes
Requirements
Self-employed status
(UTR number required) Previous experience withend-of-build or post-construction cleaning
(preferred) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Own transport preferred Own basic cleaning equipment preferred (larger equipment provided if required)What We Offer
