Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial facilities Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Good communication skills for effective team collaboration
