Role Purpose

We are currently looking for a Commercial Cleaner to join our team from April 2026, within the Velway team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleaning within an office environment as part of Velway's service to the end client. You will represent Velway Limited on site and contribute to maintaining a clean, hygienic, and professional workspace for our client.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily cleaning of office areas, including: Wiping down and sanitising desks, work surfaces, and touch points. Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard floors (including use of scrubber dryer machine). Emptying bins and replacing liners. Spot cleaning internal glazing, partitions, and doors. Cleaning and restocking washrooms and kitchen/breakout areas as required. Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning products and equipment provided by Velway Limited. Follow agreed schedules and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Adhere to site security and health & safety requirements at all times. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the site or Velway supervisor. Represent Velway Limited in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Skills & Experience

Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or office environment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Awareness of cleaning health & safety practices, including safe use of chemicals and equipment. Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards. Friendly and professional approach when representing Velway Limited on site.

Pay: 12.71-13.50 per hour
