The Role

We are seeking

experienced Commercial Cleaners

with proven expertise in

end-of-tenancy, after-build, and commercial cleaning

.

Responsibilities include:

End-of-tenancy deep cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, carpets, windows). After-build/sparkle cleans to prepare new properties for handover. Commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Safe waste disposal and replenishment of consumables. Following health & safety guidelines and site rules. Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail. Good time management. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift. Clear communication skills. Adaptability to different schedules and job requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous

end-of-tenancy, after-build, and/or commercial cleaning experience

(essential). Ability to communicate in English. Strong customer service focus. Valid driving licence (preferred). Eligibility to work in the UK.
