Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring spaces are safe, tidy, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided for suitable applicants committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as required Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order and stored correctly after use Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly

Skills

Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good organisational skills and reliability Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and bending Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated shifts
