Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, including deep cleans or post-event clean-ups. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
