Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and maintain butchering equipment, tools, chills, and machinery according to safety standards.
Waste Management:
Properly dispose of waste, including meat scraps and packaging, following local regulations.
Restroom Cleaning:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in staff canteen and changing areas.
Stock and Supply Management:
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and in good condition.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the factory meets local regulations and standards.
Assisting Staff:
Collaborate with butchers and staff to support daily operations and maintain an efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience, but not essential as training will be given..
Knowledge of health and safety standards in food handling and cleaning.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, and moving equipment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
