Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a variety of commercial settings. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and visitors. The Cleaner will perform various cleaning tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Duties

Carry out routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of designated areas. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills, able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
