Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial cleaning Manager to join our team on a

minimum 10 hours

per week, in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facilities on building sites across Exeter, Newton Abbot and Paignton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and orderly environment for staff and visitors, successful candidate will be required to travel across our building sites, Exeter, Newton Abbot and Paignton with travelling time (in between sites) paid!

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and hygiene. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and routines while being flexible to accommodate special requests as needed. Clean all the plots as per cleaning schedule Maintain an organised supply inventory and request additional supplies when necessary. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 14.00 per hour
