M.C. Cleaning are a family run commercial cleaning company based in Oulton Broad, Suffolk.

We have been established since 2005 and are a well known commercial cleaning company maintaining high cleaning standards for many clients across East Anglia.

Clients include NHS, School sectors, Major car dealerships and other businesses.

For this role we are seeking a professional hard working person to assist on the continued growth of our business.

Experience in this field would be a huge benefit but for the correct person we would consider depending on previous work history.

Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and developing strong relationships with clients. Your ability to negotiate effectively, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

You will be travelling all over East Anglia sourcing new clients to add to our portfolio.

We cover commercial cleaning services for a wide range of clients across East Anglia ranging from Schools, Car dealerships, Warehouses, NHS surgeries, Dentist practices, offices, call centres, football and rugby clubs and many other commercial organisations.

You will need to attend breakfast meetings.

A company car will be supplied.

Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems. Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a commercial setting. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficiency in IT tools and software relevant to sales processes. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A valid driving licence is a must have for client visits and meetings. Strong time management skills to optimise productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
